for the fashionista within you.

If you have not heard of Jean Shrimpton then you must look her up. She, along with David Bailey challened the face of fashion and have had a significant input on what we see in the fashion magazines of the twenty first century.
He was 22 and married and she was just 17. But their love affair and the revolutionary pictures from their first assignment for Vogue captivated the world.
Their romance is dramatised in BBC4’s We’ll Take Manhattan, starring Doctor Who’s Karen Gillan and Welsh actor Aneurin Barnard.
It is a must-see simply for the graphics, the pastel pouts, flicked liner and hems which sit comfortably below the knee. If you love old school Vogue or images that resemble anything like the elegant classic works (with a twist) of Henry Clarke, then this drama is for you.
