I have loved you; even now I may confess,
Some embers of my love their fire retain
but do not let it cause you more distress,
I do not want to sadden you again.
Hopeless and tonguetied, yet, I loved you dearly
With pangs the jealous and the timid know;
So tenderly I loved you- so sincerely;
I pray God grant another love you so.

Here is a V Day poem for all the lonely hearts, in the words of Maverick Sabre, "the lonely are the brave". This poem to me, is what precisely what I wanted to hear from an ex, all tied up in a neat little bundle, wrapped in a red velvet bow.
Here's to the Ladies spending Valentines with the men who truley know what women want, Ben, Jerry and Mr Kippling, may your day be exceedingly good.
Over and pout, B x
