Noel Gallagher leaves us in a dream world with new single…

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds set to release new single “Dream On” on March 12th. Along with a complimentary musical treat in the form of
the B-side single “Shoot A Hole Into The Sun” – the first track to be released from the work Noel has recorded with dance act The Amorphous Androgynous.

The critically acclaimed eponymous debut album was released last Autumn and has already sold over 550,000 copies to date, earning the singer/songwriter a BRIT Award nomination for Best British Male this year and the NME’s prestigious Godlike Genius Award for 2012.

“Dream On” is the fourth track to be released from the two times platinum album, which flew straight into number one in both the UK and Ireland on its release. Pounding beats provide a baseline for briskly strummed electric acoustics, in a track that is best suited to mud induced festival frolics. With the lyric’s “shout it out for me”, along with complimentary “la-la-la’s”, this is a song to be sung, we’re
talking fists in the air, lighters blazing side-to-side and cups of mysterious warm substances appearing from out of space. We have donned our wellies and war paint here at Exposed ready for the release, so Noel, bring it on.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will embark on an extensive UK arena tour this year, touching down in the Steel City on March 19th.

Tickets availiable for Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds plus Reverend and the Makers
